Graduations and Summer

Image
Graduation means Summer is just around the corner!  My sister is graduating college this June and I'm planning to give her gift cards and cash. I found this little box to gift them in and decorated it with the Brooklyn stack. LOVE all the stuff you can cut out of this stack. You can decorate pretty much anything with this stack.    I also made her a card to go with it.   I used the Brooklyn stack:                               Have a great weekend!

Home Cooking

Wherever we are in the world, we try to live like locals.  We try to rent a room with a kitchen. We go to supermarkets to shop for food and we cook whenever possible. We were lucky to find accommodations in London with a kitchen.  It was a tiny tiny flat but the space was very well used.  We were able to cook a few meals and it was wonderful. The produce tastes so different in each part of the world.  We ate a lot of crumpets! LoL  I used the world traveler stack

May Stack-a-holic challenge

This month's challenge is up at the  DCWV blog . I Love Love Love this challenge, even after so many years. I started with the very first one Erin posted many years ago and I've missed very few in between.  Here's my take on this month's sketch:    I used the Gilded Paper and Christmas Memories stacks. The film strip is from the Text, Solids and Overlays stack which has lots of solid color sheets and 2 vellum ones with different designs that you can cut out.  The ornament is the very first ornament my husband and I got before we even got married. We used it our very first Christmas and every Christmas since. This Christmas will be #11. I think its so pretty.  Hope you have a great weekend, make some time to play with us ;)
