I don't consider myself good at making cards. But this one, I liked.  It was super easy and I actually had fun making it :)  Go figure!   I used:    Somerset box of cards Itsy Bitsy tag stack, flags, mini vellum envelopes, word labels    White pearl bling

...so I've been wanting to make a mini album for each of my sisters and my mom. I have just enough of these chipboard minis from Maya Road.  I used a typewriter to type onto the tags from the Pumpkin Patch and Family Bound stacks. I also used the burlap stack as an accent throughout. I stamped the K with Memento Ink and I love how it turned out. I had to stamp a few times, but it was easy using a clear stamp.

Love to play...

I love to play with paints, inks and all kinds of wet media.    Here I used gesso, spray mist & Creative Medium (imagine crafts)  I didn't want to do journaling using complete sentences. I knew  these words would help me remember what I wanted to remember about this picture.    You can see the dimension from the creative medium here in the raised dots. I also used it as glue for the tiny letters and wood veneers.  I used this as a stencil for the dots.  It's a computer part that was trash but I saw as my husband was going to throw it away.  I stopped him and asked if I could have it, he said yes and I got so happy, he thought I was weird! lol  But hey, it makes a cute stencil!

I like it much better now...

This LO didn't feel complete to me... So I added a few details...   Details make all the difference, right?   It was simple, really. All I added was washi tape, one more chipboard heart and a number from the same sticker set I used for the title. The little chevron arrow under the stars is actually the same washi tape I used around the edges of the picture. I just made an arrow out of it.  Thanks for stopping by & don't forget to enter my giveaway HERE  :)

Oh this is so bright! I guess I was in the mood for a bright LO.   I feel like it's not quite finished yet. I might add something else later. Not sure what...   This is DCWV's Snapshot Stack, Making Memories journaling cards, Maya Road chipboard & Skipping 5 Geo-tag sticker.
